Nice detailing attention to the underside! Were the AP shocks an of the shelf kit?Any idea of spring rates?
I'm after a more supple upgrade that's going to make it more balanced on the throttle...

Yep off the shelf upgrade. Fit really well.

I’ve ran other sets of coilovers on cars in the past that are very hard, crashy and not overly suitable for the road.

These are not that. They are stiffer than standard and reduce body roll a fair amount (especially if you have aging original shocks) supple for the British roads, Excellent grip coupled with the Toyos I’ve got on the car right now. I’m very happy with them.

No idea on spring rates however they are produced by KW so I’m sure they would be able to advise.

3/4 corners are done. And arch liners back in.

Drivers front left to do. It’s a touch worse than the others so might take a little longer.

Picked up some braided hoses too. I’m a novice at bleeding brakes so I’ll be sending this into the garage for these to be fitted right.

Had a great time at The Lawns Classic and Retro show in Rochford this weekend. Excellent weather (maybe even a little too hot for some of the air cooled VW’s)

Also bumped into another local Mille (who may be on here, I’m unsure)

The show was huge. 200+ cars. Covering all ages, styles and brands. Really great day out.

Also had a set of these remade after getting an original keyring from a scrapped car. Non original to the car, I know. And it’s a little marmite but it’s a shame to let the number die….

I had someone on Fiver remake the vector artwork and had them printed by Stickers International.

I go to a lot of Classic car shows and meets and occasionally meet other Puma owners, who are not in any of the Facebook groups or Project Puma, there are new friends to be made and to share our enthusiasm with and different ideas to discuss.
Also get an increasing amount of interest in my Puma's every year.

Did a few windscreen chip repairs with a cheap resin kit from Amazon. Worked great on small nicks. Some effect on larger stuff but limited in success.

Dash number fitted.

Was on show at Maylands Classic car show in Essex on Sunday. Great day out. Met a few other puma owners.

I’ve been on the hunt for a few weeks for the rear arch “spats” rather than the full rear mud flaps (I’ve got a full set of flaps, just don’t like how they look)

Thanks to a member on here (@S2 ) 🙌 managed to find a nice condition set and got them fitted.

Brake lines have been a bit of a pain. I went with the Wezmoto ones. Rear are perfect. Went on no trouble. Fronts are way too long so I’m talking to Pirtek to make me some shorter fronts. Keep this in mind if you’re ordering the Wezmoto ones as they are not cheap.

Looking good, we bought the same make in blue and yep, fronts too long!

Hel Performance came through with their custom hoses. Easy to order, Fast shipping too.

Planning to fit them on Thursday.

Also got a pair of front wings in original paint. Little bit of surface rust which I’ll try and sort over the weekend. Better condition that my existing ones.

Good that you've been able to find decent wings in the right colour.
I needed a Radiant red passenger wing, couldn't find one, so got a Moondust silver one and painted it with rattle cans, I was pleasantly surprised with the results though.

With a bit of prep and some patience it’s surprising how well it can turn out!

Radiant red is a lot easier to deal with as it has no clear coat, my other Puma is Medium Steel blue, with clear coat and it's very difficult to get a decent finish.
